What is Barbell Club?

This is a class that gives you an opportunity to improve your skills at the Olympic lifts. We will focus on one or two movements per class working lower volumes of reps with adequate rest to allow time for athletes and coaches to work on technical elements of the lift.

The class is designed to complement the workout of the day and allow you train twice on such days.

Your intention going into the class should be to work towards improved technical proficiency ahead of setting personal bests.

This is an excellent way to accelerate your progress and allow to increase your work capacity by improving your efficiency.
