Hybrid Membership

Hybrid Membership allows you to combine Personal Training and/or Sports massage with your CrossFit Classes. A great blend that allows you programming training to be personally suited around your needs. This will allow you to improve you skills, work on areas that need improving plus add more volume into your training week. All hybrid memberships come with Full CrossFit class memberships#
