CrossFit Kids Programme for ages 6-9 years. This is a great way of getting kids faster, stronger, fitter and more confident. With the emphasis on creating a safe and effective training environment and making all our classes varied and fun we want to provide a place where kids love to come to get fit.

CrossFit Pre-Teens

While many athletic programs focus on one specific sport, CrossFit instead aims to create an all-around athlete that will excel at any sport or physical task thrown their way.

Open to 10-13 year-olds, no prior CrossFit experience is necessary. Just come along and find out what CrossFit is all about.

CrossFit Teens

CrossFit Teens classes are a type of CrossFit class designed for teens ages 13-18. They combine age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high-intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as to establish a lifetime love of fitness.
