INTRO

8 Sessions Per Month

We recommend training at least 3 a week but this isn’t always possible. Any training is vastly more beneficial than none! This membership is a great way to keep moving even when tiem doesn’t allow optimum frequency.

 

LITE

12 Sessions Per Month

For those who aren’t able to commit to training more than 3 times a week but still want to see strong improvements in performance.

 

FULL

Unlimited Sessions

This will allow you to fully implement the CrossFit programme by training 4 to 6 times a week.

 

15% discount off our CrossFit class membership for teachers, police, firefighters, nurses, doctors, paramedics and the military.

 

Hybrid Membership

Hybrid Membership allows you to combine Personal Training with your CrossFit Classes. A great blend that allows you programming training to be personally suited around your needs. This will allow you to improve you skills, work on areas that need improving plus add more volume into your training week. All hybrid memberships come with Full CrossFit class memberships

Black

4 PT Sessions per Month & Full Class Membership

Allowing you to work on skills and weak areas 4 times a month with your coach to enhance your performance

 

Gold

8 PT Sessions per Month & Full Class Membership

Training around twice a week with a coach will really allow your programming to be tailored around your needs. Alternatively why not use some of the sessions for sports massage improve your performance

 

Ultimate

12 PT Sessions per month & Full Class Membership

This is the complete package for people wanting to reach their peak levels of performance. Sessions can be tailored around the class programming to allow for double training days and added focus can be given to areas such as nutrition and recovery.

 

Couples Membership

If there are two of you living at the same address then you are eligible for our couples memberships. The sessions you receive each month are shared between you to be used however you wish.

 

Couples Hybrid Membership

Share the 1:1 sessions between a couple however you choose, these are still 1 athlete to 1 coach sessions.
