To book a consultation:

• Click Schedule an appointment (at top of widget, you may need to scroll up to view the button)

• Click Book now button

• Choose a time/date that is appropriate.

• Click view purchase options (Appointment is free!)
  Click Purchase and follow instructions until confirmation.
